　2) Cell Toxicity Test

We added a sample of an injectable Polysorbate80 preparation and a sample of our highly pure Polysorbate80 to a cell-culture system and examined the cell toxicity. Although both samples contained the same surfactant with the same molecular architecture, our highly pure Polysorbate80 showed a lower cell toxicity than the conventional injectable product.

Effect of concentration of Polysorbate 80 on cell toxicity using SIRC Cell. The cells were treated with each Polysorbate 80 for 24 hrs. The viable cells are determined by Neutral Red Uptake method.
